Candidates who selected University of Agriculture, Makurdi as first choice and scored 170 and above in the 2018/2019 UTME are invited for screening as follows:

Steps for Online Registration: Post UTME Screening

-Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only (Bank/service charge inclusive).

-Candidates will be given a University of Agriculture, Makurdi UTME Screening payment Slip from the Bank containing Candidate’s JAMB number as User Name and Payment Pin as Password.

-Candidates are expected to register online for the UTME Screening exercise using the Payment Voucher information by filling the UTME Screening Registration Form available on the University website uam.edu.ng (follow the guideline on the website).

-Candidates are expected to provide correct information about their candidature on the University portal and make a printout of the online registration from the University website and come along with it for the Direct Entry screening exercise. (Direct Entry only)

Payment Options for Fees/Charges
-Payment in the Bank or our website will commence on Friday, 14th September, 2018

1. First, generate your RRR number:

Go to the University website ONLY (Not REMITA website or a Bank Branch) to generate your RRR number.

2. After Generating your RRR from the University website ONLY, Choose any of the three payment options below to proceed with payment.
The University Portal has three payment options.  The options are:

Internet Banking: go to the University website and follow the instruction on our website to make your payment on the portal using your bank ATM card.

Mobile Banking: use your ATM card on a mobile device (i.e. internet ready handset, ipad, etc) on the fees portal CLICK HERE to pay your fees/charges.  Follow the instruction at CLICK HERE

Bank Branch: go to any branch (nation-wide) of all the commercial bank on REMITA to pay the fees.

The Screening Exercise Session
– Candidates are expected to come along with the following on the Screening Exercise date at their various Colleges:

– The Printout of the Online Registration Form filled from the University website.
– Bank Payment Slip as evidence of payment.
NOTE: Bank draft and cash payment will not be accepted.

– Original JAMB scores printout
– Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
– Original and photocopy of O Level certificates/statement of results, NCE and diploma
– Certificate of State of Origin from your Local Government (for Nigerians only)
– Procure unused WAEC and/or NECO scratch card for checking of your O/Level results.

    Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

    Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:

    The use of sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or advances
    Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
    Public or private harassment
    Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission
    Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

    Our Responsibilities

    Moderators are responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behavior.
    Moderators have the right and responsibility to remove comments or other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any members for other behaviors that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

    Member Responsibilities

    All participants in the school are expected to abide by Our Standards (described above).

    Sustaining members have an even higher responsibility in helping us uphold the institution's values. Any violations of our Code of Conduct are grounds for removal from the membership program.

    This Code of Conduct applies both online and in public spaces when an individual is representing the institution. Examples of representing a school include using an official e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event. Representation of the institution may be further defined and clarified by moderators.

    Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the team via the abuse report form or by sending an email to report@tarabapoly.edu.ng. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. The moderation team is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident. Further details of specific enforcement policies may be posted separately.

    Moderators who do not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct in good faith may face temporary or permanent repercussions as determined by other members of the school's leadership.
